Meze (also spelled mezze) is not one dish, but a collection of small plates meant for sharing. Popular across the Middle East, Greece, Turkey, and the Balkans, meze can include dips, grilled items, salads, breads, and more. It’s served as a starter or as a full meal meant to be enjoyed slowly, with company. This version includes a mix of five simple dishes, enough to serve 4 people.
