½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
½ cup (100g) brown sugar
¼ cup (50g) white sugar

¾ cup (95g) all-purpose flour

¼ teaspoon salt
1½ cups cornflakes or bran flakes (lightly crushed)
½ cup rolled oats (optional for extra chew)
½ cup raisins
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Cream Butter and Sugar
In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Add Egg and Vanilla
Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
4. Add Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
