1/2 cup pineapple chunks

Instructions
Prepare the fruits
Peel and chop the pineapple, mango, cucumber, and green apple into small pieces for easier blending.
Blend the base
Add all fruits to a blender. Add tamarind paste, palm sugar, lime juice, chili, salt, water, and ice.
Blend until smooth
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and frothy. Taste and adjust chili or sugar as needed.
