Ingredients

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter

  • ¾ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or non-dairy yogurt)

  • 3–4 ice cubes

  • Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (if you want it sweeter)

Blending
