Spicy Deviled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs, boiled and peeled

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon mustard (Dijon or yellow)

  • 1–2 teaspoons hot sauce (adjust to taste)

  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika (plus more for garnish)

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Sliced jalapeños or a sprinkle of chili flakes (optional, for topping)

  • Chopped fresh chives or parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Slice the boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a bowl and set the egg whites aside.

  2. Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth. Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, hot sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until creamy. Adjust the seasoning and hot sauce to your taste.

  3. Spoon or pipe the mixture into the egg whites.
