 Baked Antipasto Cheese Bread is a warm, gooey, and flavorful appetizer that combines melted cheese, savory meats, and marinated vegetables on a crispy loaf of bread. Ingredients 

  • 1 large Italian or French bread loaf

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup shredded provolone cheese

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup diced salami or pepperoni

  • ½ cup chopped marinated artichoke hearts

  • ½ cup sliced black olives

  • ½ cup roasted red peppers, chopped

  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons chopped pepperoncini (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Heat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Prepare Bread:
    Slice the loaf in half horizontally. Place both halves cut-side up on the baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.

  3. Layer the Toppings:
    Sprinkle the mozzarella, provolone, and half the Parmesan evenly over the bread. Add the diced salami, artichokes, olives, roasted peppers, red onion, and pepperoncini. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and the remaining Parmesan.                                                                                             
    Bake:
    Bake for 15–20 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and the edges of the bread are golden.

  4. Garnish and Serve:
    Remove from the oven, top with chopped fresh basil or parsley, and slice into pieces while warm.
