Make the Yellow Layer:
In a small saucepan, bring ½ cup of water to a boil. Remove from heat and whisk in the lemon gelatin until dissolved. Stir in ¼ cup cold water and ¼ cup vodka.
Pour the yellow mixture into small plastic shot cups, filling each about one-third full. Refrigerate for 45–60 minutes until set. -
Make the Orange Layer:
Repeat the process using the orange gelatin. Dissolve it in ½ cup boiling water, then add ¼ cup cold water and ¼ cup vodka.
Gently pour over the set yellow layer and chill for another 45–60 minutes until firm. -
Make the White Layer:
Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over ½ cup cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes. Heat gently until dissolved (do not boil). Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Let the mixture cool slightly, then pour it over the orange layer. Chill for another 1–2 hours until completely set. -
Garnish and Serve:
Before serving, top each shot with a dollop of whipped cream and a candy corn piece for decoration.
