Pumpkin Oreo Balls Recipe

These Pumpkin Oreo Balls are a fun, no-bake treat that’s perfect for fall or holiday gatherings. They combine the warm flavor of pumpkin spice with the creamy richness of Oreo cookies and white chocolate. Each bite is smooth, sweet, and full of cozy autumn flavor — like pumpkin pie meets cookies and cream.

Cooking Time: 20 minutes (plus chilling time)

Servings: 24 balls

Ingredients:

1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup canned pumpkin purée

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

12 ounces white chocolate or white candy coating, melted

Optional toppings: crushed Oreos, orange sprinkles, or a drizzle of melted chocolate

Instructions:

  1. Crush the Oreos:

Place all the Oreos (filling included) in a food processor and blend until they form fine crumbs.

If you don’t have a processor, place them in a zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin.

  2. Make the Filling:

In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreos, cream cheese, pumpkin purée, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth and evenly blended.

The mixture should be thick but pliable — if it’s too soft, chill for 15 minutes before rolling.

  3. Form the Balls:

Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture at a time and roll into small balls.

Place them on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 30–45 minutes, or until firm.

  4. Coat in Chocolate:

Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second bursts, stirring between each until smooth.

Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate using a fork or skewer, letting excess drip off.

Place them back on the parchment paper and top with crushed Oreos or sprinkles before the coating sets.

  5. Chill and Serve:

Refrigerate the finished Oreo balls for at least 1 hour to set completely before serving.
