Instructions
Prepare the fruit
Wash, peel, and deseed the chikoos. Cut them into chunks.
Blend the shake
In a blender, add chikoo pieces, milk, ice cubes, and sugar if using. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a pinch of cinnamon/cardamom if you like extra flavor.
Blend until smooth
Blend until you get a smooth, creamy texture without lumps.
