  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika (optional)

For the Quick Hollandaise Sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)

3. Instructions

Step 1: Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

While the casserole bakes, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and hot sauce in a small bowl until smooth.

Step 6: Serve
